How do deposits work?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your boat. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your scheduled boat ride. For example, if your ride is Saturday at 10:00 AM, your remaining balance is due by Friday at 10:00 AM.

What happens if I book less than 24 hours before my ride?

Last-minute bookings require the full booking total at checkout instead of a deposit.

What is included in every rental?

Your driver, the boat, gas, lake pass, and dock fee. No surprise charges for the essentials.

What days can I book?

We currently run rides on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the time slots shown in the booking calendar.

How do I pay?

You can pay your deposit with Cash App, Venmo, Chime, Zelle, or Apple Cash right from the checkout page. After you send your payment, submit the short confirmation form and we verify it — your reservation is confirmed once your deposit is verified.

Is my reservation confirmed as soon as I book?

Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received and verified. We verify payments quickly and will send your official confirmation.

Can I add extras after booking?

Yes — contact us and we can add an umbrella, water mat, or grill to your booking and send you a payment link for the difference.

Is charcoal included with the grill?

No — charcoal is not included with the grill rental, so bring your own.

What about bad weather?

See our weather policy on the policies page. If we cancel for weather, we will work with you to reschedule.

How many guests can come?

Up to 10 guests per rental. Contact us about larger groups.
